Not sure if it is new or ever used, looks very clean and threads don't look like they have been used. This is a Festo filter model lf-m2-g3 8-eu that I received with bunch of other parts in the creation air compressor build project did. Good deal for someone who needs one. This one was extra that I never ended up using.
