Fantastic product. After using this item I couldn't move to any toilet that did not have some type of automation. Also of the 8 screws that are included 2 them shorter than other 6 and these originally my which match except in length .

That back pad was pulled off the wall and so that's why its not in new shape. Everything that comes with this item is in the pictures. Also, this package contains a copy of the original instructions. This product contains all parts including the t-wrench depth gauge sensor adjustment tool except for c and AA batteries battery holder which I did not use misplaced somewhere.

The only reason why I selling this item is because replaced my toilet with a nearest auto flushing. I had the option set on hand wave and did not spend time to configure it up with motion. Worked great. It has the option to flush on hand wave or motion.

I really like this system. No worries though, one can use the included screws and anchors never opened package that comes with sensor to anchor wall.
