Each coupling pair weighs 9.5 kg 21 lbs, OEM: Walther self-sealing coupling, Type HR-32, NB32, with end connection 1-5/8-12UN to SAE J514-JIC 37, Stainless Steel 1.4404 / 1.4571 or similar Nitric 50 and NBR seals, Part numbers for the male female halves: PN: HR-032-0-LH041-AAAA-Z03-BB, HR-032-2-x003-AAAB-Z02-BB, There are 6 different key configurations which Prevent couplets being connected wrong function, is R1 -R6 on of part number, stock 1 each type 2 duplicates. I have not hydro tested these, they were originally when manufactured, but that was some time ago, replacing the elastics would be advised. They are 32mm bore 1-1/2 with a CV of 23.8. These are 5,000 psi working Pressure 8,250 Test Pressure Subsea Rated hydraulic quick disconnects manufactured by Walther PraeZision in Germany.

The male and female couplets both have JIC 20 connections, 1-5/8 12 UN, bulkhead adaptor on the side is an extended section of M48x2 thread with a washer two thin nuts, designed to mount 12mm 1/2 thick 2 clearance hole. They were installed on Oil Gas Drilling Equipment which was briefly deployed and have been stored until recently.
