I said it was oil filled. I think that is oil they put in there, don't know what else would use. This was from a 20 ton pizza press machine. Marsh Instruments 3000 Psi Gauge Oil Filled Hydraulic Pressure 3-3/8 diameter, looks like you are going to need about a 2-1/2 hole set this in, outside is bigger, has 3 screw holes in it attach.

Part number is 096235, machine was decommissioned I took it apart - restaurant closed.
